GRACEFEST VENDOR BOOTH INFO

We are happy to announce that vendor registrations are now being accepted! Email us at [email protected] with a description of your booth (items you would sell/advertise), links to websites and/or social media or attach pictures for us to review. 

2024 Costs:

10x10 Grounds or Hilltop Location: $585

10x20 Grounds or Hilltop Location: $875

10x10 Prime Grass Location: $975

10x20 Prime Grass Location: $1,495

We always have limited vendor booth space at GraceFest and sell out of booth spaces every year. Contact the office for an application as soon as possible to have your application reviewed and approved. Booth opportunities are approved by event staff. GraceFest attendance is expected to reach max capacity prior to event day. 

Please note the State Board of Equalization requires that every vendor complete the BOE410D form and submit it to Communities for Christ regarding your sellers permit information. This document simply needs to be completed by ALL selling vendors and will be filed at the Communities for Christ office. This form will need to be completed for both new and returning vendors. It is not submitted to the State Board of Equalization office.
