Dating back to August of 2007, GraceFest has become the Antelope Valley’s Premier Music and Message festival. GraceFest reaches out to all people through the universal language of music and the gospel message of salvation through Jesus Christ.
GraceFest is a community event for ALL to enjoy and has grown exponentially in its scope, reach, and popularity. Today’s GraceFest is recognized as the premier evangelistic event among the Christian community in the AV, thereby uniting local churches, hundreds of volunteers, and Christian artists with the singular goal of proclaiming Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Gracefest is recognized as one of the most important events in the valley as it unites the churches in the community and provides a great opportunity for Christians to fellowship with others outside of their own church.
Another important mission at GraceFest is fundraising for the Kids Charities of the Antelope Valley. Funds raised from the festival proceeds go to numerous local Christian school scholarship programs. The Kids Charities of the AV was founded in 2000 by Ron Emard. Ron is the Managing Partner at Robertson Palmdale Honda in Palmdale and Dealer Principal at Antelope Valley Harley Davidson in Lancaster. Ron is known for his untiring devotion to kids in need and has been actively involved as a private citizen and business leader since moving to the Antelope Valley in 1986. Year to date Kids Charities of the Antelope Valley has raised over three million dollars for the kids from various local fundraising events.
Our goal is to spread the Gospel message of grace and mercy and provide a safe, high quality, family-oriented Christian fellowship. We have been blessed by the efforts of many well known internationally acclaimed artists and by talented local worship bands, church choirs, Christian speakers, compassion ministries, Christian merchants, concessionaires and more!
On the third weekend of September each year, literally thousands come together to enjoy the combined efforts of this unique community outreach. We invite you to join us and be a part of a very special day!
GraceFest Statement of Faith and Purpose:
We, the many churches of the Greater Antelope Valley and surrounding communities come together annually under the GraceFest banner to celebrate God's overwhelming love, His unending mercies, and His unparralleld grace.
Though we represent many denominations, we choose to respect each others unique traditions and customs while praising our one and only God: expressing our thankfulness for the debt Jesus paid for each of us individually on the cross, and welcoming the empowering nature of the Holy Spirit in each of our lives on a daily basis.
We believe in the triune nature of God the Father, God the Son, and God as the Holy Spirit. We believe that faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. We believe that salvation is by faith alone, in Jesus Christ alone - not by works - that no man can boast.
In harmony.., we lift one voice to You Father God asking that You encourage each who attends GraceFest to either celebrate their salvation - or to investigate God's plan and calling on their life. GraceFest joins with saints and angels everywhere proclaiming that Jesus Christ is indeed risen, is indeed alive, and is indeed active in the life of each of His children. Lastly, we believe Jesus Christ will indeed return again for His beloved and is now even calling on and preparing each of us: "Behold, I stand at the door and knock..." Open the door of your heart: "Invite Me in, answer My call on your life."
With that, the goal of GraceFest will have been met. Every hour of planning, every once of effort, every note sung, every prayer answered.., and all to His glory!
